This one pays homage to the Main Street, Fair Haven business that used to be housed where our shop building stands now. Founded by the Dauphin family and famous for their made-to-order subs (and eventually, their Friday Night Fish Frys after it became the Fair Haven Family Restaurant), this popular eatery was truly "Where Good Friends Meet to Eat."
